NYC Paper Supply
At NYC Paper Supply, our journey began more than 15 years ago as a small family business with a simple mission: to provide reliable food packaging products and dependable service to local food vendors and restaurants across New York City.
In the early 2010s, we started by importing paper cups and napkins from overseas to support food carts, delis, and neighborhood businesses that needed quality products at affordable prices. We began from a small warehouse in Brooklyn with only a few products, but with a strong vision, hard work, honesty, and determination to grow.
Step by step, customer by customer, we continued building our business through flexibility, responsibility, reliability, and respect. As our company grew, we expanded into a bigger warehouse in Astoria, New York, near the busy Steinway business district, allowing us to better serve the many respected restaurants and food businesses throughout the city.
Today, NYC Paper Supply proudly serves all five boroughs of New York City — Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, and Staten Island — along with parts of Long Island, offering free delivery service and fast turnaround times for our customers.
What makes us different is not only the products we provide, but the way we treat our customers. We do not look at our customers as numbers or dollar signs. We look at them as partners in success. We understand the fast-paced nature of the restaurant industry, and we know how important timing, consistency, and reliability are for every business we serve.

Over the years, we continued expanding our inventory little by little until we reached more than a thousand products under one roof, serving restaurants, delis, cafés, bakeries, food trucks, caterers, and businesses throughout New York City.
Beyond supplying products, we also share our industry knowledge and experience with our customers. Through years of working with different restaurants and food businesses, we help guide customers toward the right packaging solutions for their menu items, sandwiches, hot foods, desserts, catering trays, and takeout services. We believe that helping our customers succeed is part of our own success.
